Class 4 Week commencing 20.10.25

Homework this week will be slightly different as it will be the half term holidays next week and the children should use this time to reax, rest and enjoy their time away from school.

Reading. Guided reading will be worked through in class this week as usual, but it  will not be given out this Friday, to give the children time to relax and enjoy the half term break. Reading- Please read for pleasure over the break ans there is Bug club should the children wish to access it.

Spellings- The spellings this week for Friday's test, are words to do with the Anthony Browne book, 'Gorilla,' as well as topic related words we have studied this half term. The words are;

wobbly, prickly, bubbly, giggly, fiddly, sparkly, crackly, squiggly, grumbly,frantically, tragically, publicly, musically, toxically, ethnically, phonically, heroically,tragically, mystically.

Maths- Times tables are a selection of all from 2- 12 for a test on Friday out of 20. Please continue to look at time in the home, cooker clocks,Ipads, computer clocks, any alarm clocks.... or any others you may have at home. Any timetables, if you are having any trips out over the holidays and how long things take or T.V. shows are on for.
