Welcome to your first news item for Class Three.

This is where you find out about your spellings and times tables for the week and your maths homework.

This week's class spellings are from the Y3/4 spelling list. We have had a look at them already but they are tricky so just try your best. They are;

accident  appear  breath  breathe  caught  disappear  early  experience

extreme  heard  natural  often  ordinary  recent  strength  through

Some children will get different spellings for their test on a Friday but they still need to look at the class spellings.

Times tables for this week are 2s, 5s, and 10s. Like the spellings, we will practise these in class each day but you should still look at them at home too,

Maths homework for this week is on My Maths. The children have logins for this and they will bring them home on Monday. There are two activities - HTO place value and Ordering whole numbers. All children should complete both activities please by Friday.
