Reception's Word of the Week 04.01.21

The week's word of the week is 'celebration'.  This ties in nicely with our next R.E. topic which is 'celebrating'.  Within this topic we start by looking at events we celebrate as a family.  We then talk about events we celebrate as a church community.  Finally we look at the celebration of Chinese New Year.  This is to deepen the children's understanding of different cultures.
